-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment time…

-Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $30 late fee…

-No call/ No shows will NOT be rebooked…(No Exceptions)

-As a courtesy to your stylist and other natural appointment seekers please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior…

-Canceling your appointment in less than 48 hours you will be required to pay half the service fee upon rebooking again…

-A $50 Non Refundable Deposit of you natural hairstyle is required when booking any service. Your service will NOT be approved until your deposit is made…

-I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR so I suggest you contact me about the hairstyle prior so I can advise you on what hair to purchase for the service your requesting…

-If your hair is experiencing any breakage or if it’s damaged please address when booking appointment… It’s a must to note… I may need extra time to service you…

-I will NOT change service hairstyle same day of appointment… Please let me know in advance if your switching services…
