Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $30 late fee…

No call/ No shows will NOT be rebooked…(No Exceptions)

As a courtesy to your stylist and other natural appointment seekers please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior.

A Non Refundable Deposit of your natural hairstyle is required when booking any service.

I DO NOT provide hair…I suggest you contact me about the hairstyle prior so I can advise you on what hair to purchase for the service your requesting…

If your hair is experiencing any breakage or if it’s damaged please address when booking appointment… It’s a must to note… I may need more time to service you…

I will NOT change service hairstyle same day of appointment. Please let me know in advance if your switching services…

Please arrive with your hair detangled… I will not have time to add on any extra services… You must book your detangling service, when you book your conditioning and styling service…
